Before you list 100 reasons why something might fail, try to imagine how it might succeed first. Then bring these conditions about in the real world.
It's been shown that great teams almost never last long together. Too much talent under one roof can be explosive, and the genuinely great need space to unfold themselves. While we want to retain top talent for long periods of time, what we want especially is the ability to consistently generate great teams. Think of it like dynastic sports teams (Real Madrid, Barcelona, the Lakers).
For this reason, every person who joins Monolith Labs does so on the basis of a tour of duty: a specific mission with a realistic time horizon (or 3-4 years depending on the position).
